Directors Elected At Annual Meeting

Vincent Chadwick of Johnstown has been elected to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Also elected to three year terms at the credit union’s recent annual meeting were Stuart Palczak and Anthony Daiute, both of Amsterdam. Palczak was tapped to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board, joining Secretary Joel Brunetto of Gloversville and Patty Macek of Glen, who serves as Treasurer. Other Directors are Amsterdam residents Patrick Reilly, Carmen Sinicropi and Kim Brumley, and Jon Harvey of Gloversville.
