WELCOME
Welcome to MCT Federal Credit Union. Organized
in May of 1960, our mission is to strive to
become the primary financial institution of our
members by building relationships with them. MCT-FCU offers a variety of financial
services designed to produce added value for
members with quality products, convenience,
professional service and competitive pricing.
WHO WE ARE
MCT-FCU consists of groups of employees from
local businesses, know as Select Employee
Groups, or “SEGs”. The National Credit Union
Administration has granted MCT-FCU a “Low Income
Designation”, which allows anyone who
lives, works or worships in Montgomery County to
join MCT Federal Credit Union.
Additionally, members’ immediate family members
may also join.
GOVERNANCE
MCT-FCU is governed by a Board of Directors
elected annually by the membership. The Board is
responsible for the general direction and
overall control of the Credit Union. The Board
President appoints members to the
Supervisory Committee, which is responsible for
annual audits and the verification of member
accounts.
Information about the United States Patriot Act
To help the government fight terrorism and money
laundering activities, federal law requires all
financial institutions to obtain, verify and
record information which identifies each person
who opens an account. What this means for you:
when you open an account, we will ask for your
name, address, date of birth, and other
identifying information. We may also ask to see
a driver’s license and/or other identifying
documents. |
